Balfour Beatty is consulting on plans to create temporary workers’ residential accommodation on land at Willowglen Rd, Stornoway.  The facility will accommodate our workers involved in building the new Lewis Hub for SSEN Transmissions Western Isles High Voltage Direct Current Link.
